Last year a friend of mine gave me a copy of “What Would Google Do” by Jeff Jarvis. I have read it, and found it quite intriguing. Although it might not apply to all businesses around the globe, Jarvis gives great advice.
While I was reading it, I realized that the Google Rules applied to Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) as well. I started to explore the possibilities of applying the Google Rules for IWMS. The result of my exploration is a post series that we ran on our website, and this e-book.
Although I assume that the 10 rules are applicable to other software solutions such as ERP, CMMS and CAFM Solutions, I have focused solely on IWMS.
This e-book contains all the posts that I have published in the post series, but I have included additional material that hopefully will help vendors and customers of Integrated Workplace Management Systems.
I hope you’ll have a lot of fun reading it, and I’m really looking forward to your comments.
Yours sincerely,
Steven Hanks
